Walmart Manager arrested
This made my local paper's police report this week.

Shopping Nightmare
Last Saturday morning a manager from the Davis Street WalMart was arrested for allegedly assaulting a shopper. The customer tried to buy a costume advertised as 75-percent off the original $24.88 price, but the discount did not appear at the register. The manager offered her the costume for $15, then $12, but the shopper insisted the correct amount was closer to $7. The manager made a rude comment and walked away.

The upset shopper was about to leave the store when she noted an overcharge of $24.88 on her receipt. When she went to customer service, the manager told her to leave. She refused and threatened to call the police. A physical altercation ensued when the manager grabbed the shopper’s arm and attempted to take her phone away.

Police arrived and the manager was taken to jail.

12. Not to mention the manager's intelligence.
If you do the math, the shopper was right on the discount.

But then I think everyone here knows that Wal-Mart is a bunch of crooks. :+

14. Thanks.
I've lurked on here for quite a while and only recently registered. Since I greatly dislike Wal-Mart's economic and labor practices (my union member father will not enter one by his own free will), I figured this was a good topic to reply to?

Any updates on this? It seems to be especially egregious.
