...The four deaths included 9-year-old Emery Reese Jr. of Beaumont, who was found unconscious inside a Beaumont apartment being powered by a generator. He died Wednesday at Memorial Hermann Children's Hospital, according to a report from the Harris County Medical Examiner's Office report updated Friday....

Guy McDuffie, 66, of Port Neches also died Wednesday at Methodist Hospital. He had been transferred there from a hospital in Jasper after being found unresponsive in a recreational vehicle with a body temperature of 108 degrees.

Comodoro Naranjo, 65, died Tuesday at Tomball Regional Hospital after becoming unresponsive, with a body temperature of 108 degrees, inside a vehicle. Maria Tamez, 72, of Houston, died Tuesday at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital, following a car crash. A semi-truck struck the ambulance that was returning her to Houston from San Antonio...

In Galveston County, authorities say it may take several weeks to determine why 17-year-old David Albuquerque, a Mayde Creek High School sophomore, suddenly died Sept. 22 after his pickup veered off Interstate 10 while fleeing Hurricane Rita....
