The Butcher's Bill (questions about DoD reporting of deaths)
http://www.tbrnews.org/Archives/a1669.htm

The Bush Butcher’s Bill: Officially, 63 US Military Deaths in Iraq from 1 through 17 May, 2005 – Official Total of 1,814 US Dead to date (and rising)

U.S. Military Personnel who died in German hospitals or en route to German hospitals have not previously been counted. They total about 6,210 as of 1 January, 2005. The ongoing, underreporting of the dead in Iraq, is not accurate. The DoD is deliberately reducing the figures. A review of many foreign news sites show that actual deaths are far higher than the newly reduced ones. Iraqi civilian casualties are never reported but International Red Cross, Red Crescent and UN figures indicate that as of 1 January 2005, the numbers are just under 100,000.

by Brian Harring, Domestic Intelligence Reporter

Note: There is excellent reason to believe that the Department of Defense is deliberately not reporting a significant number of the dead in Iraq. We have received copies of manifests from the MATS that show far more bodies shipped into Dover AFP than are reported officially. The educated rumor is that the actual death toll is in excess of 7,000.

6. This has been debunked over and over and over and over and over.
The fact is that people do check up on the DoD numbers and they do check out.

This is nothing but a pack of lies.

Citing tbrnews on a body count story is like citing Jeff Gannon on journalistic standards. People only diminish their own credibility by promoting that pile of shit.

8. No, the real question is why you post an article from TBR.

Taken from http://icasualties.org/oif/ and all confirmed by the DoD.

1700+ is appalling enough. It's not necessary to make claims for thousands more for which there is no evidence.

5. Jesus H. Christ in a boat trailer! TBRnews is a NAZI website that is
pushing a goddamn hoax for gullible liberals to swallow.

Okay folks, here's a very simple fact:

People who deny the Holocaust can't be trusted to count bodies.

God damn it.

7. Hey something else take a look at the previous gulf war numbers
http://www.dior.whs.mil/mmid/casualty/WCPRINCIPAL.pdf

Persian Gulf War Total 2,225,000
382 total deaths with 147 of them battle related and more 235 other deaths.

The total Wounded 467

The other deaths account for 61.5% of all deaths.

This would mean that it is safer to be in combat then doing other things and that just doesn't make any fucking sense at all.
