JUSTICE – ADMINISTRATION BACKS DISCRIMINATION: Who needs the wall of separation between church and state? Not this White House! The LA Times reports that three years ago, the Justice Department created a little-known religious rights unit to support employers who discriminate based on religious views. Here's an example of how that works: The Salvation Army recently began treading on workers' rights, requiring employees to divulge private information about their religious beliefs, including their faiths, the churches they attended, and their ministers' names. The organization, which is federally funded with taxpayer money, even changed its mission statement from stating the goal of the organization was "to empower each person who enters our doors to live with dignity and hope" to "preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination." On top of that, "protections against discriminatory employment practices were excised from the employee handbook, and an effort was made to compile a list of homosexual employees." Over a dozen workers turned to the Justice Department for protection – the Justice Department, remember, is supposed to protect workers by enforcing America's civil rights laws. But the Justice Department turned a cold shoulder, calling their discrimination claims "irrelevant" and instead backing the "constitutional rights of religious employers" to discriminate.

4. It will end
Once our economy collapses, our environment can't support billions of people, and people get fed up of being persecuted for being non-Christian, we'll see it end. Heck, I forsee a major backlash against Christians on both sides (one supporting theocracy and the other silently supporting it). It will end but it won't be pretty.
