Virginia: Nader State Coordinator Indicted on Elected Fraud Charges
http://www.wavy.com/Global/story.asp?S=2439191&nav=23iiS4Vl

(AP) - Ralph Nader's state campaign coordinator has been indicted on 10 counts of election fraud, stemming from petitions to get the consumer-rights advocate on Virginia's presidential ballot.

James P. Polk, 47, turned himself in to Virginia Beach police Friday, a day after a special grand jury indicted him. He remains free on personal recognizance.

The indictment alleges that Polk made or caused to be made "a false material statement or entry" on a petition to put Nader's name on the ballot. The false statements were alleged to have been made from Aug. 5 to Aug. 18 in Virginia Beach.

7. We need to get this info out to all the Nader supporters
and websites. I am so disgusted with this man who once truly cared about the consumer.

8. Did You See That?
In the essay, some Republican with whom Polk had worked previously says, "I'm glad he's not affiliated with the Republican party!" :puke:

The Nader movement (this time at least) is principally funded and organized by the Republican party. Who do they think they're fooling?

11. The reason they need to use fraud: NO ONE WANTS TO SIGN for Ralph
Edited on Sun Oct-17-04 02:47 PM by robbedvoter
yet they dangle him above our heads "he may tip the balance"
They are trying so hard to make believe this is a repeat of 2000!
Not even close - the left is united against BFEE this time and his base gets smaller by the minute.... People who voted for Ralph are campaigning for Kerry. People who propped W are not voting/voting Kerry. No poll, article is going to convince me that this thing is close. It's all Diebolded for ypur consumption. DO BOT BUY IT!
