Al-Qaeda to turn on Britain

The FBI has uncovered intelligence that the al-Qaeda terrorist network is plotting to hijack an aircraft in Britain over the next two months and fly it into an important building, a London-based newspaper said on Sunday.

British Airways and other leading airlines have been put on alert after the warning was passed to Britain's security services, according to the report in The Sunday Telegraph.

The report said that the most likely targets for the hijackers were aircraft taking off from London's Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

2. Why don't we just replace

the words al Qaeda with CIA? I think we would be closer to the truth about whose behind some of these threats.

Has anyone else noticed how rarely our intelligence is ever right? Funny how nearly every 'warning' never happens, but there are never any warnings for the all of the real attacks that have happened since 9-11?

In Britain their security services put the airlines on alert when a suspected terrorist act is about to take place. Guess they don't need a LIHOP over there. Those Brits have always claimed to be more civilized than us Murikans. God save the Queen.
