'Climate of fear' in Rwanda
The human rights organisation Amnesty International called on Saturday for an immediate end to what it described as a "climate of fear" marring the current presidential election campaign in the central African state of Rwanda.

The Monday poll is seen as a key step to healing some of the rifts after the 1994 genocide in Rwanda, in which up to one million people died.

But the London-based rights watchdog said the election run-up was marred by threats and harassment.

"Amnesty International strongly condemns the growing number of incidents of politically motivated threats and intimidation of individuals and local communities in the run-up to the presidential elections," a statement said.

We all know the Bush Crime Family, starting with Papa, has a plan to take over Iraqa oil. We all know the BCF and Power Elite are all a bunch of liars. I heard about the chemical gasing of Iraqi's but in fact I don't know if this was propaganda or not. Even considering this, I wish there were some honest journalist who could tell us the truth about a comparison of totally how the Iraqi people were taken care of under Saddam, considering the US sanctions, compared to how our allied African leaders have/are taking care of their people.
