I think Bush might have bit the hand that feeds him. Journalists are listed as those hurt by this, if I'm not mistaken.

3. It will be very entertaining to see how the healthcare industry

responds to this. They've been among the ones pushing for this for years, since the nursing shortage has been costing them a fortune in overtime pay (while mandatory extra 12 hour shifts have been killing the nurses). My guess is that we're going to see a mass exodus of nurses from any hospital that tries to pull this garbage, now that they've got it.

There are easier ways to make a living.
