Police investigate death of executive of ConocoPhillips
Police investigate death of executive of ConocoPhillips

Galveston police said they are uncertain of the circumstances surrounding the death of a ConocoPhillips executive found dead at the bottom of a staircase at an upscale hotel.

The body of Keith Ashley Pichanick, 43, executive assistant to ConocoPhillips Chairman Archie Dunham, was found in a stairwell at the San Luis Resort in the 5200 block of Seawall Boulevard at 11:30 p.m. Monday.

..snip..

Galveston County Chief Medical Examiner Stephen Pustilnik ruled Tuesday that Pichanick died from blunt-force trauma caused by a fall. He did not rule whether the death was an accident, homicide or suicide...cont'd

4. A few things about Keith Pichanick:
In 1998 he was stationed in Warsaw as Du Pont Conoco's Petroleum Operations Director.
www.mac.doc.gov/EEBIC/COUNTRYR/ROMANIA/POLUS.TXT

In Jan 6, 2000, Keith Pichanick of Conoco is listed as "manager, strategy and business optimization"
http://www.poncacitynews.com/NewsArchives/0100folder/lo010600.html

In an April 8, 2003 address entitled "Managing Security in a Changed World," ConocoPhillips chairman A.W. Dunham singles out Pichanick, saying, "My executive assistant, Keith Pichanick, sitting over there, doesn't have a briefcase full of secret codes chained to his wrist as yet - but someday he might. The only thing we can be sure of is that the future will be "not like yesterday.... Ironically, one of the things we need to do to make our industry safer, is to start "thinking like terrorists" when we plan site security."

5. From the Original CIA Assassination Manual...
http://www.frankolsonproject.org/Documents/Assassination%20Manual.html

2. Accidents
For secret assassination, either simple or chase, the contrived accident is the most effective technique. When successfully executed, it causes little excitement and is only casually investigated.

The most efficient accident, in simple assassination, is a fall of 75 feet or more onto a hard surface. Elevator shafts, stair wells, unscreened windows and bridges will serve. Bridge falls into water are not reliable. In simple cases a private meeting with the subject may be arranged at a properly-cased location. The act may be executed by sudden, vigorous of the ankles, tipping the subject over the edge. If the assassin immediately sets up an outcry, playing the “horrified witness”, no alibi or surreptitious withdrawal is necessary. In chase cases it will usually be necessary to stun or drug the subject before dropping him. Care is required to insure that no wound or condition not attributable to the fall is discernible after death.

Expect to see a lot more of these if Bunnypants* "wins" and Porter Goss is lace in charge of the CIA.

We are entering endgame.

LIHOP #2 is likely coming.

9. Maybe Houston is one of the preferred cities..
Edited on Thu Aug-12-04 11:11 PM by lostnfound
you know, cities where there seems to be no accountability for investigations of strange deaths.

Like the microbiologist (actually, chemist working in microbiology), Robert Leslie Burghoff, that got hit-and-runned by a white van last Thanksgiving on the sidewalk in broad daylight.

Or the lobbyist (Ross Allyn) that accidentally shot himself and died in his burned down house but managed to get rid of the gun which he never owned. http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=102&topic_id=234893

Ordinary stuff like that.

8. I read the speech and really don't get how you came to that conclusion.
Or if not a conclusion....a suspicion. Please explain.
