while it was on the Fox News site it was an AP report ....

And duh on the Iraq situation. Someone posted a thread earlier on Sistani and I thought I would update, snarky guy.

Other news stories confirm Sistani's departure.

But I doubt it is because of health. Iraq is falling into anarchy and Sistani needs to be safe and out of the way. If he were killed, the hell unleashed would be ... horrible.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was the US and UK who figured out a way to get him out of the country.

I think Sistani leaving is a sign of just how bad things really are in Iraq.
