Cheney testified in Halliburton probe, not charged
WASHINGTON, Aug 3 (Reuters)


U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney, who formerly headed Halliburton Co. , provided sworn testimony in a probe of company's 1998 accounting practices, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said on Tuesday.

Halliburton agreed to pay a $7.5 million penalty to settle the SEC probe, which also resulted in charges against a former chief financial officer and a former controller, the SEC said. ...

I say we comb over every word of that fucker's testimony, wait til AFTER he's the VP nominee officially, then "leak" it to the media.

This is the Vice President* of the United States most likely involved directly in corruption at his previous job and is most likely using his power as Vice President* of the United States to keep himself out of trouble. Reuters has decided that 2 paragraphs and a sentence is all this major story warrants. :mad:

of every reporter in the US --- NAKED!!!!That's how he keeps them in line. And isn't it fabulous that he has enough $$$$$ to override his complete poverty of integrity?
