2. DU DEATH COUNT SKEPTICS: Take Note (Died of wounds counted and reported)
For all those who think that those who die afterwards aren't reported or listed as killed through activities in Iraq, this should be (yet another) piece of evidence to prove your paltry and unsubstantiated thesis WRONG.

4. Why are you defending the Bush admin & the Pentagon?
Particularly since your thesis is unsupported and flies in the face of the fact that we all know that the people you defend are liars through and through.

5. My thesis is unsupported? How so?
Here's my thesis: Those who die of wounds sustained in Iraq are included in the total number of dead, as reported by the Pentagon. The very article we are all responding to works to support that thesis.

3. We need an "unofficial" death count from Iraq ...

This soldier won't be counted.

So I figure we can extrapolate. Surely, the Pentagon has to release figures about EVERY soldier who dies in the service.

Total Deaths - Training Accident Deaths - Crime Deaths - Afganistan Deaths = Iraq Deaths

I dare say we are easily into the 1200 range now of servicemen who died from injuries sustained in Iraq.

The even MORE damming statistic would be a MAME count. And I sure hope to see some of those legless, handless, armless, eyeless soldiers demonstrating against the war.
