An explosion has rocked a street in east Belfast - sparking fears of new violence linked to a loyalist paramilitary feud.

Police were called to the blast at a house in London Road, close to where rival terrorists have been locked in a developing shooting war.

6. Not really. Explosions in Ulster have very little fallout in Co. Clare

down here in the Republic of Ireland. Besides, Bushco has had the area around Shannon WarPort in a lockdown for over a year. Should the Ahern gov't go ahead with the Chimperor's one-million-euro, one-day visit, there "a hundred-thousand unwelcomes" awaiting Chimpy. And if the 11 June elections here in Eire don't bode well for Fianna Fail, the Chimp may be disinvited!
