1. Was this Shrub's and Cheney's way of again laying ...
...the blame of 9-11 at the feet of Bill Clinton? Freepers, I'm sure, will see it that way. Again, it sounds like Bushit to me.

2. Well, I know whom I believe. Also others such as Clarke, Clinton
top administrators, etc. also gave the info. under oath. Lies are the trademark of this cabal.

3. Bush* says Black is white
Edited on Sun May-02-04 01:22 PM by lunabush
Up is down, wrong is right. Media riveted.

:puffpiece: not much there - the usual Bush* lies and distortion and as a bonus, even a typically demeaning Bush* bad joke at political foe. :puke:

4. No surprise here. If Bush denounced CIA, they'd turnon him.
I think that's why he's defending Tenet. Because Tenet knows what was told to each President, and I'm sure knows where lots of "bodies" are buried, he has a pretty secure position.

There should be proof of all these communications. though. Wonder if the Commission will or has seen them?

8. Not sure about the oath
I'm not sure Clinton was under oath. I think he wasn't. I'm happy to be wrong about that one, though. :)

11. Question re: leaders meeting/transfering/sharing info
Edited on Sun May-02-04 02:38 PM by Angel_O_Peace
Am wondering that when there is a change in the presidency, and the out-going president meets with the in-coming (p)resident, do these meetings, while being viewed as highly classified, have any transcription taken? Is there any way to verify, through memos or other hard copy, what was said and/or discussed?

on edit: Does anyone know?

12. Bush also said Clinton stole his W's
the White House keyboard scandal turned out to be a fabrication. Bush's credibility
was zero right from the very start of his term.

the truth from all the rest of the testimony and the data collected over the years. John O'Neill, Richard Clarke, Gen. Donald Kerrick, Rand Beers and Karen Kwiatkowski all resigned saying the exact same thing - Bush refused to treat terror as seriously as Clinton did.

in the newspapers. Bush is giving live testimony to reporters. ha!

His words are now in print.. double, ha!

Be kind Bill-

Bush's sensibility is risking serious trauma, if you tell him the Truth.

19. "Absolutely private" "nothing will be leaked"
so who knows who said what - just wondering - all such pathetic bunch - not much telling what will be in the final report - who knows - maybe they'll decide they accomplished nothing and not do a final report.

21. that means he must DO IT AGAIN in public and under OATH just like CONDI
at least that is how the process has gone thus far...

first time in private, then if there are any contradictions discovered, you must come back UNDER OATH to CLARIFY.

we'll see what happens, but maybe we need an email campaign to REMIND them?

peace

23. Clinton Documents
There are still about 50 documents of Clinton's that Bushco has refused to turn over to the commission!

I don't think Clinton will like being called a liar by that dolt, W. I hope Clinton insists on the documentation proving that W and Cheney are liars.

A top Administration aide explained...

In his interview with the 9/11 commission last week, sources tell Time...

Don't you just love those unamed sources...they seem to be very popular people these days...

26. Bush is lying. Again. Fire the Liar.
The entire world knows that Bush is the most compulsive and incessant liar in the history of American politics.

There is no subject so somber, serious, or shallow that Bush will not lie about it. The only other option is not to lie. And that apparently is something Bush can not do.

Ridiculing Bush for his compulsive and incessant lying needs to become common.

FIRE THE LIAR
