Macedonian police accused of faking terrorism to impress U.S.

Skopje — Macedonian police gunned down seven innocent immigrants, then claimed they were terrorists, in a killing staged to impress the United States, authorities said Friday.

Speaking after a two-year investigation, a police spokeswoman, Mirjana Konteska said that the men were illegal immigrants from Pakistan who were lured into Macedonia by promises that they would be transferred to Western Europe.

Instead they were transported by police to an area near Skopje, surrounded by officers and gunned down with automatic weapons, Ms. Konteska said. “They lost their lives in a staged murder,” she told reporters.

Ms. Konteska said the killings were an attempt to “present themselves as participants in the war against terrorism and demonstrate Macedonia's commitment to the war on terror.”

This isn't the first and won't be the last government to fake terrorism. And they'll keep doing until the risk and consequences of exposure are greater than the benefits of their terror acts. Expose the bastards, mention it every chance you get. Accepting their lies because you're afraid to be called a conspiracy nut just encourages them to do it again.
