Powell Sees Limits on Iraq Sovereignty Post-June 30
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Secretary of State Colin Powell said on Monday the still undefined government due to take power in Iraq on July 1 would have to give back some of its sovereignty to U.S.-led military forces.

3. "limited sovereignty" is the new catch phrase
And Hilary is aboard for its use as well. She agreed with Warner that we should be seeing it as "limited" instead of "full" from now on.

They couldn't even wait until the phony puppet government had a tiny bit of phony puppet sovereignty before they started taking even that away. As bad as the old Soviet Union.

6. The whole stupid neocon plan is falling completely apart.
They had better start finding bigger and better carrots to prevent this situation from getting even bloodier. They really should focus all energy into jobs and free/full elections in Iraq instead of their failed "rule of force" and puppet government policies.
