Rockets fired from Lebanon land in northern Israel
Source: BBC

At least three rockets fired from southern Lebanon landed in northern Israel, the Israeli army has said.

There were no casualties from the strikes, the first in months across the border. Two buildings were damaged.

The rockets fell in the western Galilee region and the Israeli army returned fire into Lebanon.

In 2006, a war was fought between Israel and Hezbollah guerrillas based in Lebanon.

2. I would guess that they were told
to do this because of the recent news about the explosions in Iran.

Sometimes the connections just seem to be there.

4. The other side of the story..............
Israel constantly has over flights over Lebanon.Because Israel chased out hundreds of thousands of Palestians into Lebanon years ago ,it has been very difficult for te Lebanese people. But who cares they are all just dirty "Arabs" right? As long as Israel is happy .

8. The overflights are because Hezbollah defies the UN
and has fortified southern Lebanon. UNIFIL turns a blind eye because they are impotent. If the UN refuses to enforce their own mandates why should Israel give a rats ass?
