Libya's Gaddafi scorns rebel "rats", blames France

Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi congratulated his supporters for repelling an attack by rebel "rats" in the capital Tripoli, and accused French President Nicolas Sarkozy of trying to steal the country's oil.

4. I was listening to a speech on AJE today at work, and man,
that guy goes on and on and on. Even the AJE reporter said "it was kind of rambling, so I'll sum it up" or something like that.

Do we (you) know if he was in Libya when he gave the speech?
