Obama Administration: Gadhafi "Sounds Delusional" (& "disconnected from reality")

At the White House Monday afternoon, ABC news asked US Ambassador to the United Nations Dr. Susan Rice for a response to the interview Col. Moammar Gadhafi gave a small group of reporters, including ABC News' Christiane Amanpour.

Gadhafi said he isn't going anywhere and has never used force. "All my people love me," he said.

Responded Rice: "It sounds just frankly delusional."

Rice said "when he can laugh" while talking to journalists after slaughtering his own people -- as he did after he was asked for a response to calls to step down from President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton -- shows "he is unfit to lead and disconnected from reality," Rice said.
