Colombian Congress upturned in porn site controversy
A scandal over excessive connections to pornography websites has hit Colombia's parliament.
The scandal broke after members of the Chamber of Representatives complained that their Internet service was slow despite the installation of high-speed network. They requested the administrative office to check why this was happening.

The finding has prompted the parliament to ban lawmakers from visiting pornographic websites and even not to use instant messenger services and P2P programs.
