Cuomo Calls Upon Mott's to Bargain in Good Faith

In a letter released today, New York Attorney General and Gubernatorial Candidate Andrew Cuomo calls upon Mott’s and its owner, Dr Pepper Snapple, to “come back to the negotiating table, bargain in good faith and reach a fair and equitable solution for the workers, company and state.”

“We are grateful for the support and strong public comments by Attorney General Cuomo," said RWDSU President Stuart Appelbaum.
