Mexican helicopter spotted near Roma bridge

IOW, it was flying border patrol, looking to intercept drug dealers and others - just as the US wants them to - and drifted over the border by a couple hundred yards. You don't get very far across the border in "a few moments".

You think our Border Patrol helicopters never stray onto the Mexican side?

Considering the drug war in the border lands I expect that there is an agreement between the two federal governments.
And I wouldn't expect either government to talk to locals about it.
