School Shooting at Discovery Middle School

Madison, AL - A school shooting has occurred at Discovery Middle School this afternoon. Mayor Paul Finley has confirmed that a ninth grade boy has been shot in the head and has been transported to Huntsville Hospital in critical condition. The alleged shooter is in custody.

I live in this district and went to this school. This is a very unusual type of occurrence here. Madison is a suburb of Huntsville and a part of the Huntsville-Decatur Metropolitan area.
