Family says Fort Lewis soldier was murdered (killed execution-style)

TACOMA, Wash. -- The family of a Fort Lewis soldier who died in a non-combat shooting in Iraq says she was killed execution-style, with a bullet in the back of the head.

The mother of Staff Sgt. Amy Tirador of Colonie, N.Y., told The News Tribune of Tacoma it was not an accident or a suicide.

The Army says it is still investigating the Nov. 4 death at a military base in Kirkush. Tirador was an Arabic-speaking interrogator with the 209th Military Intelligence Company.

Her mother, Colleen Murphy, says she has enlisted the support of Sens. Charles Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand, to help find the person responsible for the shooting.

All the mis-information that came out of Ft Hood was a real red flag, IMO. Seems there are some who will give a three star the wrong info. Seems there are some who have to silence others.

Not a good sign. Bring them home, and clean off the brass.

7. Shouldn't executions be done non-execution-style so they don't look like executions?

I mean, is there enough of a real advantage to having someone kneel so you can shoot them in the back of the head that it makes up for the fact that when they're body is found, it's obvious they were executed?

10. It is when you know you will not be prosecuted....

Just look at how the military does their "investigations"...just like they did Ms L. Johnson (not sure if I am speeling her name correctly.
All I know is that suicides dont usually pour gas on their crotch and genitals after shooting themselves and beating the crap out of theirselves...and yet that is what the military claims in her case.

It was such a travisty of justice...and such a shame to lose such a lovely young lady in the prime of her life...because of some murdering bastards.
