1. If he's already in prison, he's not a "credible threat," is he?
Maybe he just prefers spending time in the courtroom to spending it in his cell?

4. You don't know when he was to be released

It doesn't say and I couldn't find his docket.

If he was getting out in the next 2 years, then he is a credible threat.

2. Way to make the SS's job easy for them. He's already incarcerated.
And he left a paper trail.

What an idiot. Make an example of that nutjob. Seriously.

3. Maybe he wants his sentence extended for the health care benefits.
And room and board.

(This is a slam against the state of the economy, lack of available healthcare, etc, not a claim that prisoners have it easy.)

6. Bowling Green must be an unpleasant place.
On a train ride back up to Chicago from Quincy, a few years back, I had a conversation with 3 20-ish young "Christian" kids from Bowling Green in which they were laughing at the misfortune of one of their female friends, unlucky enough to have a brother whom they'd discovered to be gay. (their words/thoughts)
