Drake dumps lawyer Taitz in suit challenging Obama birthplace
Source: Orange County Register

But the attorney says he can't fire her because she's kicked him off the case.

Orly Taitz, the Mission Viejo lawyer trying to get Barack Obama thrown out of office, says she's had enough of two of her clients in the case and will continue without them.
Whoa, say the two.

"This is our case," said Buena Park Pastor Wiley Drake, one of the two plaintiffs Taitz has unilaterally tried to have removed from the case.

The lawsuit challenges Obama's birthplace and his legitimacy as president. The latest chapter in the drama started when Drake and Markham G. Robinson notified Taitz that they were replacing her as counsel. Taitz continues to represent 40 other plaintiffs in the federal case filed in Santa Ana.

Drake complained that Taitz's paperwork errors have delayed proceedings.

1. It's only a matter of time before Taitz is disbarred.
I've seen crazy among attorneys before. But this kind of crazy is rabid.

2. But HOW did she become an attorney? In most states, it's a pretty
tough bar exam. How did she do it? Maybe there are magical powers in "the stupid".

6. I'm still waiting for Major Stefan Cook to file suit against Taitz for.....
incompetence lawyering, legal malpractice, or whatever the proper term might be. I think he has a strong case.

8. One big, big problem for Cook
he can win, but you can't get blood out of a rock. She doesn't have "deep pockets" and, as soon as trouble hits, her big donors are gone.

14. You'd think as the new owner of the two Taitz dental clinic buildings....
he could get all the free dental work he needed. You know what I mean, Vern?

15. I wouldn't want any dental work from Orly Taitz, even if it was free
I'd get in the chair and the first thing she'd ask me was, "is it safe?"

10. She can't kick him off the case
She can remove herself as his counsel but she can't dismiss him as a plaintiff from his lawsuit. I think people really should investigate her bar status. She is clueless about civil procedure and legal ethics.

18. what a hate-filled nut
to place so much effort into something that will go no where. Yet the purpose is transparent.... to marginalize a sitting President, adding more paranoia and hatred of a President.
