Source: Arizona Daily Star

A man arrested in a fatal home invasion that left a father and his

dad over marijuana, according to reports released Wednesday.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department released more than 100 pages in

They describe how the first deputy on scene arrived at the home to find
Raul Flores dead on one couch and his daughter Brisenia on another couch
with blood on her face and bullet wound in her cheek.

The deputy made his way to the kitchen and found Flores’ wife,
Gina Marie Gonzalez, on the floor wounded. She had been shot

the three members of the Flores family, killing the father, Raul, and the daughter, Brisenia. The invaders then left the scene.

The mother survived the shooting, called police, and found a gun.

everyone was dead. At that point, the mother shot and injured Bush,
and the three fled the scene.

Rogue Minutemen leader held in fatal home invasion:
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x5910724

SEATTLE, Washington (CNN) -- Raul Flores thought federal agents had barged with guns drawn into his
home in Arivaca, Arizona, in the middle of the night.

The woman and two men wore uniforms and identified themselves as U.S. Marshals. They claimed the
house was surrounded. They said they were looking for an escaped prisoner, Flores' wife told a 911 dispatcher.

But there was no backup waiting outside, and no fugitive. The marshals were imposters.

They had targeted Flores because they suspected he was a drug trafficker and they wanted to rob and kill him,
according to the Pima County Sheriff's Department.

2. No, people who deal prohibited drugs risk violence to home and family.
Liquor stores, convenience stores, and pharmacies, not so much. Hmmm, maybe it's not the drugs but their prohibited status that is the problem.
