Watchdog group expected to file a complaint against Senator Ensign

Senator John Ensign made his first appearance on Capitol Hill Monday since admitting to an affair with a campaign staffer. His presence wasn't enough to help with the passage of the Travel Promotion Act which he authored.

Supporters say the bill could have created 40,000 jobs nationwide.

Meanwhile, an ethics watchdog group it is preparing to ask the senate to open an investigation into Ensign's admitted affair. Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics sys it wants to know more circumstances under which the staffer left Ensign's office.

1. Ensign needs more than just an investigation.
He needs to be dismissed from the Senate.
