2. Diebold won't supply it's code...I think a gov't agency should

generate a universal code for the entire US voting public that's been certified, pasteurized, sterilized and whatever else needs to be done to get it sound and secure.

Then the Diebolds of this world can install this code (which won't be able to be screwed with after installation).

In fact, they can pay the government for the privilege of having the code...and they will be required to provide a B A L L O T as a paper trail.
