What is the U.S. doing sending troops? Haiti unilateral action?
What is going on with troops being sent to Haiti at this point. Has the U.N. approved it? Seems like yet another unilateral action.

1. No, sounds like a precaution taken to defend foriegn diplomats
in case of anarchy. If there was a massacre of diplomats, then we would be accused of not sending in troops soon enough. This is a classic Marine Corps mission. Happens all the time.
