CNN: Rebels now 30 miles outside of Port Au Prince, Haiti

The "rebels" were "25 miles" from Port Au Prince yesterday.
This is just talking heads doing their puppy peeing on the
floor imitation, they have no clue what is coming next.

so the gist is that they are on the move now, not just gathering outside of PaP and sitting still.

It also hints that the rebels and Philippe are no longer taking directions from Bush.

7. No offense to you personally, and I do not claim

any actual knowledge of what is ocurring on the ground
there, good information seems to be quite hard to find;
but I am usually more comfortable believing the opposite
of what CNN says. For example, if CNN says "they are going
in", then I assume they are holding back for a bit.
