1. 7 years and the USA still don't get it - ya can't fight a ground war from the air
.
.
.

USA would have to have 2- 300,000 boots on the ground, prepare for heavy life loss and even then

they can't win

Afghanistan is NOT at war with any other country as in ww1 and 2

The USA is trying to defeat the people that LIVE THERE!!

not possible

sure

the USA can kill thousands, maybe millions - but the people that BELONG THERE are gonna still be there,

with renewed and fortified hatred for the invaders, the USA

didn't learn one damm thing from Vietnam, Korea, and numerous our sovereign nations they blasted to hell with their War-Machine.

It's gotta end sooner or later, and the loser?

The War-Machine

count on it

2. Pakistan
Afghanistan's neighbor, Pakistan, has become a hotbed of recruiting activity for al Qaeda and Taliban forces who are determined to rid the ME of the foreign infidels. The longer the US stays the more it provokes and inflames the Arab world, which radicalizes and provokes more ordinary Muslims and Pakistanis to join the Taliban. In response, the US keeps escalating its own forces, which inflames the Arab world even more, so you get a vicious circle that never ends.

It's an epic clusterfuck.
