Two other foreign troops killed at outpost in east of country

KABUL - Three Americans and two other foreign soldiers were killed when insurgents opened fire on an outpost in eastern Afghanistan with small arms and rocket propelled grenades, the U.S. military said Friday.

The military did not give the nationalities of the other two soldiers or any further details about the location of the incident.

Earlier Friday, Afghanistan's Defense Ministry said three Afghan soldiers were killed in overnight fighting with insurgents in eastern Kunar province.

The longer the US stays the more it provokes and inflames the Arab world, which radicalizes and provokes more ordinary Muslims and Pakistanis to join the Taliban. In response, the US keeps escalating its own forces, which inflames the Arab world even more, so you get a vicious circle that never ends.

It's an epic clusterfuck.
