PORTLAND -- A former Republican Party official accused of taking part in a plot to jam Democratic Party phone lines on Election Day 2002 in New Hampshire is facing new charges.

James Tobin of Bangor has been indicted by a federal grand jury on two counts of making false statements to an FBI agent in 2003. Each count carries potential jail time.

Phone records introduced at Tobin's trial show he made two dozen calls to the White House political office within three days around Election Day as the jamming operation was finalized, carried out and abruptly shut down.

3. Republi-CONS
Isn't it funny none of those low lifes --Limbaugh, Hannity, etc., never report these kinds of things. Ditto for Faux News. They whip everyone into a frenzy over Rev. Wright and Ayers, but overlook these crimes. And crimes are what they are. In a way, I wish the so-called mainstream media would report this as well. They go after ACORN, but you may never hear of this on CBS, ABC, etc.

5. hmmmmm..... I heard a bit about Tobin
spilling some beans about what transpired.... the specifics I can't remember, because my conversation with the person that told me, was not about Tobin but about voter fraud vs election fraud. Me thinks the GOP is letting him hang out to dry...

11. Six freaking years. This happened six years ago...
and it's still in the courts. Maybe someone in the Ohio 2004 election theft will finally be indicted and sentenced... in about 30 years. As for 2008 "irregularities" we will surely come to learn about months from now..... I don't even want to think about it.
