Former Bush Official Is Indicted Again
Source: NYT

A former White House official was indicted again on charges of obstruction and making false statements in an investigation into his dealings with the disgraced former lobbyist Jack Abramoff. In June, an appeals court overturned the June 2006 conviction of the former official, David H. Safavian, on charges of lying and obstructing justice and ordered a new trial. The new indictment by a federal grand jury in Washington charges Mr. Safavian with one count of obstructing justice and four counts of making false statements to investigators and the Senate. Mr. Safavian, 41, is charged with hiding his efforts to help Mr. Abramoff win government business while he was deputy chief of staff at the General Services Administration.

2. Instead of that, why not indict Karl Rove for the first time?
I mean, it is not as if they don't have grounds for it.

6. Can we indict Rove once please?
Rove should be indicted many times, but I'll settle for once and one conviction with jail time.

7. Game ending Debate question:
Will your administration prosecute the Bush administration appointees accused of criminal behavior?

Obama should be able to wipe the board with the answer to that question alone.
