Marine Pleads Guilty in Japan Rape Case
http://www.guardian.co.uk/worldlatest/story/0,1280,-2946078,00.html

TOKYO (AP) - A U.S. Marine pleaded guilty
Thursday to beating and raping a Japanese
woman on the southern island of Okinawa two
months ago, his lawyer said.

Marine Lance Cpl. Jose W. Torres, 21, faces at
least three years and possibly life in prison after
pleading guilty to the charge of rape resulting in
injury.

Torres, whose hometown has not been released,
entered his plea at the opening session of his trial
at the Naha District Court, said his lawyer,
Miyatomi Harushima. Torres' next court date is
Aug. 13, Harushima said.

Torres attacked his 19-year-old victim during the
early hours of May 25 in the Okinawan town of
Kin. He was accused of punching her and breaking
her nose before raping her in an alley.

1. A little foreplay...Marine Style?

He was accused of punching her and breaking
her nose before raping her in an alley.

You have to hand it to these guys. They get to live in an exotic place, away from the front lines and toils of warfare, and they repay the locals, and us, by shitting on them and both of our societies.

Let's see:

murderers

rapists

liars

theives

pretenders

...so which troops am I supposed to support?

3. Let me help you
You can stop agonizing over your support because it seems to me that you write all servicemen off as criminals. In fact, you probably shouldn't waste your time asking people.

But always keep in mind that even self-righteous lefties can be murderers, rapists, liars, thieves and pretenders.

Good luck.

4. I know how you feel
the really bad part about the Marines is, once they get out of boot camp and combat school, they're not exactly the most social, lawa minded people around--the CS is six months of heavy training for...war and combat. Then the majority of thm are sent to Okinawa. It's no excuse, as I feel the same shame each time one of thee incidents makes the news..as well as the many unreported ones over the years. But there are good Marines who don't go apeshit and rape innocent women. Look at them for a good exampl, not the assholes making things more difficult between the US and japanese civilians.
