Sadistic tales of Saddam’s sons
Edited on Thu Jul-24-03 12:25 AM by dArKeR
THIS IS HOW people talk about them even now.
Uday, 39, was the loud, preening one. Qusay, 37, was the quiet, calculating one. Both were pampered sons of a murderous tyrant, handed the power to inflict pain and demand pleasure at will from an early age. What could anyone expect? They learned to abuse their power with pathological glee and unbridled egotism.
       Wouldn’t anybody?
Here’s a small example: When Uday built yet another massive palace in the middle of Baghdad, he was dissatisfied with the noise of fast-moving traffic passing beside the compound. So he had a single-lane overland bridge built nearby to divert the cars and slow them down. It created traffic jams in the city, but at least his yard was quiet.
Both brothers had many palaces, exotic pets, women, jewelry and, in Uday’s case, hundreds and hundreds of cars. Both had made untold millions trafficking in contraband under U.N. sanctions. Remember Qusay and his goons pulling up in front of the Iraqi central bank and withdrawing a billion dollars hours before the U.S. bombing began? Biggest bank heist in world history? That’s the kind of thing we’re talking about.

waxmans@washpost.com

I've heard a lot of tales, many backed up with proof, about Bush being AWOL, drug and alcohol abuser, impregnated several girls, was caught drunk driving several times(one of which made it to the Corporate news outlets), has no ability and has never actually flown a jet, has a some kind of phobia being the reason he never fly overseas his entire life until just before the election the handlers got him to the Middle East 1 time, unable to construct a sentence off of a teleprompter (some kind of brain damage), family involved with Hinckley family, Prescott Bush actually aided in the killing of U.S. soldiers...

Could you please supply the sources and provide some evidence to the report you published?

Thankyou,

America (The one's who haven't gone insane)

PS. Please publish a pic of Bush shooting a gun on his animal-less, vegetable-less ranch!

1. Torture sources
Does anyone have sources on stories of Qusay and Uday's penchant for torture? I heard they tortured the Iraqi soccer team for a poor performance in the world cup, but whenever I try to chase the sources down, I get nowhere.

I want to know that this isn't pug propaganda once again being repeated so many times it becomes 'fact'.

Yes, * has flown a jet and in fact an instructor once said he was in the 'top 5%' of pilots he had trained. Extremely fast reflexes. Comes in handy for lying at a moment's notice.

4. the sources are survivors
When one woman complained about the abuse, Uday had her "stripped naked, covered in honey and killed by three starving Dobermans," according to Middle East Quarterly.

After a visiting Russian ballerina resisted Odai's advances in 1994, Odai had his men secretly film her making love with her trainer, Janabi said, then invited her to a party and told her he had a surprise. "He showed her the film. And he raped her after that." said Janabi.

Blood was streaming from a cut above the boxer's eye when Uday ordered his guards to fetch a straight razor. The boxer cried out as Uday held the razor to his throat, and as he moved the blade to the fighter's forehead, Uday laughed. He then shaved the man's eyebrows, an insult to Muslim males. "Take him downstairs and finish the job," Uday screamed.

Says Yahia, "They took him to the basement of the Olympic building. It has a 30-cell prison where athletes -- and anyone else who is out of favor with Uday -- are beaten and tortured. That was the last I ever heard of that boxer."

5. Sources
If you go to this thread http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=104&topic_id=67407

you'll find that all these sources are really CIA plants, and so is Amnesty International. (sarcasm, I believe the sources)

7. What??? Are you implying that members of our government ARE NOT
credible and would (gasp) LIE to further their agendas? AND memebers of allegedly esteemed think tanks? (Not to matter they're dipped and starched in GOP agendi)

Oddly, I see the same FEW stories, very few, repeated over and over. No names, dates.... locations, details.

Like, they're rumors or something.

not the Rand corporation. I'm sure PNAC's written extensively on the Holocaust but that doesn't modify its existence.
