An FBI consultant has told trial jurors how an al-Qaeda recruiting video was found on a terrorist suspect's computer.
Evan Kohlmann told the High Court in Glasgow that the aim of the video was to encourage Muslims to go to Iraq and become suicide bombers.

Brian McConnachie QC, prosecuting, asked the FBI consultant what the purpose of the film was.

He said: "To encourage others from around the world to travel to Iraq and join the suicide battalion and become suicide bombers."

I knew someone who was arrested in the early 70s for possessing a copy. He jumped Federal bail and they never caught him.

This seems like a pretty flimsy case.

Hell, why don't they just go ahead and arrest everyone who has access to a computer?

I was always concerned when I visited their store, were they being watched? Interesting, just tried their old website, they wanted username/password, had to click cancel a whole bunch of times to get out of there. Odd. They carried many books that other places wouldn't, using free speech a lot. They probably had books like anarchists cookbook, which made me think of them.
