Bush on Blair: 'I'll miss' him

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- President Bush said Thursday he will "miss" outgoing British Prime Minister Tony Blair, and called him "a man who's kept his word."

"I'll miss Tony Blair," Bush told reporters after meeting with top Defense officials at the Pentagon. "He is a, he is a political figure who is capable of thinking over the horizon, he's a long term thinker. I have found him to be a man who's kept his word, which sometimes is rare in the political circles I run in.

"When Tony Blair tells you something, as we say in Texas, 'You can take it to the bank,'" Bush added.

Tony The Poodle can slip into DC on the sly to pick up that medal Congress awarded him for being a gullible fool and supporting The Dick and The Kid in their bogus and illegitimate war on Iraq. I understand he's been just too embarrassed to date to be seen by the world receiving his reward for spineless toadyism. I don't know why he couldn't just ask them to Fed Ex the medal to him at #10 Downing Street.
