BOULDER, Colo. (AP) — A high school was locked down Thursday amid unconfirmed reports that two masked men were seen entering the building.
Officers from various law enforcement agencies could be seen outside Boulder High School, and the entrances to the parking lot and the building were blocked off.

Boulder Police spokeswoman Julie Brooks confirmed that the school was locked down and that authorities were on the scene, but she released no further details. She would not confirm a report by KOA Radio that a school staff member had seen masked men entering the building.

2. Shouldn't they be letting people OUT of the school?
Hey, there's a gunman in the school! Lock it down. Nobody comes out until the all clear is given.

WTF kind of logic is that?

(CBS4) BOULDER, Colo. Classes at Boulder High School were delayed until at least 10 a.m. Thursday while police investigated a report from cafeteria workers of two males in camouflage and masks inside the building, school district officials said.

11. I'm in Boulder
There are numerous helicopters flying around here, but I think they are all news helicopters. The school just announced that it will be closed for the day, students on buses were routed to a different high school, and parents contacted and told to pick them up.

12. Hey Nederland, I'm in Boulder too
I work near the Boulder County Jail, so when all that John Mark Carr (or whatever his name was) business was going on, it was a circus around here, too.

I'm hoping they either find the guys or find out that the building is empty. They reported that no weapons were seen by the cafeteria manager who spotted them early this morning.
