Family of Iraq war vet disputes (death) report but won't sue

PRIOR LAKE, Minn. The family of a Minnesota Marine who committed suicide say they disagree with a Veterans Administration report about his death.

However, family members say they will not request further investigation or sue.

The report concluded there's no evidence that Jonathan Schulze (SHUL'-zee) -- an Iraq war veteran -- was denied psychiatric care at the V-A hospital in St. Cloud before he killed himself.

A spokesman for Schulze's family told reporters they don't want to go through the emotional distress of a court fight -- nor do they want to take any money away from the treatment of veterans.

The Minneapolis VA is closer and better.
