Gobush, I Mean Joe (Lieberman Hires Matt Gobush)

Joe Lieberman has been accused of being too much like a Republican, but this seemed ridiculous.

His new Senate communications director will be Matt Gobush.

Gobush, a diehard Democrat, will be part of a five-person Lieberman Senate staff devoted to keeping the press and public informed about what the Connecticut Democrat is doing, even though Lieberman these days rarely spends more than one or two days a week on Senate business. ---

3. I actually know Matt Gobush

over the phone, actually. Very nice guy. He worked for the Gore campaign, when his name drew a lot of jokes. I just wish he had taken a longer-lasting job.
