Roadside bomb hits dismounted patrol, kills two MND-B Soldiers

Multi-National Division – Baghdad PAO

BAGHDAD – An improvised explosive device detonated near a Multi-National Division –
Baghdad patrol, killing two Soldiers south of the Iraqi capital Dec. 7.

The Soldiers were conducting a dismounted patrol responding to a possible IED, south
of the city, when a roadside bomb detonated, killing two Soldiers and wounding two others.

The deceased Soldiers’ names are being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
