1. Um...who in the fuck would ask him?
I'm eagerly hoping that the good people of Minnesota will throw his right wing ass out of the Senate 2 years from now.

4. What noble sentiments! Thank you. I'd hate to have a Prez
named Norm. That's one less thing I have to worry about.

9. I hope whoever does run has equally nice choppers.
Our country NEEDS a man with good teeth to conduct the War on Terror!

Despite Sen. Coleman's protestations, I may write in for him anyway!

12. If Norm and Joe pull out, I'm hopeful that a draft Sy Sperling
(CEO of The Hair Club for Men) movement will develop. It would give a whole new meaning to "grass-roots democracy".

8. Good grief!
Who ever put THIS idea into his head? From the article:
"I'm not running for vice president. I'm not running for president. ... If nominated, I won't run" he said in a conference call.
What on earth made him imagine anyone would DREAM of thinking of him in one of those spots? He really flatters old Norm.

President Norm. Oh, right!

11. It looks to me like Al Franken's seriously thinking
about taking him on in 08. In a world of obnoxious, disgusting, moronic repukes, Coleman manages to be a standout. I am fervently hoping he gets his ass handed to him and finds more suitable employment. I hear Wal-Mart is looking for Greeters.

16. hard to believe....he has always been driven by personal ambition...
...and of course, he promised to suspend his campaign after Paul Wellstone died, claiming "we should all be in prayer," and then he went on Meet the Press to describe how he was not campaigning...

flaming hypocrit....maybe he knows it's unlikely he'll get asked because of his pants that keep falling down when he's alone with women....NO! I did not say that.

23. He was the sports stooge on the Don sL-IMUS circus
A youngish, short, balding dude. There were frequent references to drug/alchol dependence and porn. The dude would talk about renting porn in the hotel rooms he stayed at and sometimes had his shirt way open, which would cause sL-IMUS and the stooges to yell at him to button his shirt. Sometimes it wasn't clear whether they were goofing, but then the dude went into rehab. sL-IMUS said he would hold the job for him, "and that's all I can do." And the dude went back to the job briefly, IIRC, but then there was a relapse and he was gone. A few months ago sL-IMUS talked to him on the phone during the circus, and the dude was in Florida, seemingly happy with another gig. He is COLEMAN's cousin(?). Pretty sure NOT nephew.

30. Norm does what he is TOLD to do
He was going to run for governor in 2002 and Tim Pawlenty was going to run for the Senate. The White House made it clear that they wanted Normie running for the Senate and Timmy going for the the state house. Both little Bushbots obeyed without a squawk.

Timmy the Tool is the one they keep mentioning as a possible VP candidate...and remember what state they're planning inflict their 2008 convention on.
