Car bomb targets Iraq's Communists
A car bombing outside Communist Party headquarters in Baghdad killed four civilians, one of several attacks Tuesday that left 18 people dead across Iraq.

A pair of bombs also targeted civilians in Mahmoudiya in Babil province south of Baghdad, killing five and wounding eight others.

In a rampage by suspected members of a Shiite militia, gunmen opened fire on civilians, killing three and wounding 10, in western Baghdad's predominately Sunni neighborhood of Amel, police said.

1. It is a free-for-all in Iraq and still Bushco
presents it being all hunky-dory. They not only have blinders on but also use ear plugs. How much longer can Republicans swallow this vomit?

2. I'm pretty sure it's not terrorism if it's against communists/socialists.
After all, nobody is arresting Orlando Bosch.

6. They were the second most organized secular group after the Baathists
...which is why the Baathists were always after them.

The labor union movement has grown some since then, and the party has been the subject of numerous attacks since the invasion, so I doubt they are the strongest secular group at this point.
