US Bolton: Iran President's Nuclear Denial Not Credible-TV
Almost sounds like he doesn't want to believe it.

NEW YORK -(Dow Jones)- A claim by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad that his country isn't seeking to make a nuclear bomb isn't credible, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations said late Thursday.

"We've believed for 20 years that Iran has been seeking to acquire nuclear weapons capability," U.S. Ambassador John Bolton said in an interview with the Public Broadcasting System. "There's no other explanation for all of the activity they have under way across the entire nuclear fuel cycle."

---

"This isn't the first time that they've denied they're seeking nuclear weapons," Bolton told PBS, adding that information made public by the International Atomic Energy Agency can only be explained by concluding Iran is seeking a nuclear weapon.

Bolton also said an offer by the Iranian president to negotiate a suspension of uranium enrichment activity under what he called "fair and just" conditions is an attempt to "throw sand in our eyes again."

1. Well, if there's one thing Bolton knows about
it's not being credible.

2. Saddam has already proven to be more credible than Bush. Why
should anyone believe that Ahmadinejad is any less credible than Bush?

I am just so angry and surprised that the Congress and the American people are so helpless before this administration that they just seem to ignore the 2700 deaths of our military and the continued deaths each day in Iraq and Afghanistan. I can't fathom why the media is not up in arms, why the families of the dead soldiers are not marching on Washington every day, why the pundits keep spinning everything Bush's way? I just don't understand it.

Then I ask myself, "What can I do?" And the answer comes back to at least vote and ensure that most of my family votes. But short of that, what can we do? I have pictures of the one young man in Tienanmen Square facing down a tank. What did it accomplish? The evil ones are still in power and so it would be here in America. After decades of civil disobedience, court battles, marches, protests, the evil ones are still in power in America. It is so depressing. So depressing. Maybe there is something to be said for those who believe that a justice and rewards await us after we die?
Earth belongs to the wealthy and powerful.

3. Do ya think
"We've believed for 20 years that Iran has been seeking to acquire nuclear weapons capability,"

that after 20 years they would be a little frther along than having eriched uranium of only 3.5%?

9. He also thinks Cuba
has vast chemical and bio weapons facilities :eyes:

These guys are predictable in their ravings and fantasies...pick a enemy and then let the Media feed the BS 24/7 without any critical assessment.

Hard to see the 'free press' part with all that single-mindedness, determined to prove lies cut from whole cloth in order to curry favor with the elites and patriotic viewers who think a contrary opinion is an act of treason.

4. "this isn't the first time..."
"... that I've denied having the super human power of x-ray vision".

Just sayin'

If they've denied it before, and they in fact still don't have nuclear weapons, what exactly are you suggesting?

8. Bolton would be more credible if he could dye his mustache to match his
dyed hair. It looks ridiculous!
