HOUSTON (Sept. 21) - Former Enron CEO Jeffrey Skilling was ticketed for public intoxication earlier this month in Dallas, according to a newspaper report.

5. In all fairness to Mr. Skilling...

The officers took his Blood Alcohol Content at one given moment in time.

But Mr. Skilling had chosen to amortize his Blood Alcohol over a period of several months.


Furthermore, his wife, who wasn't drinking, had agreed to accept some of his alcohol count upon herself, through a beach-side lounge in The Cayman Islands.

Really, it's all just a matter of accounting.
