Bombings kill 28 in Baghdad, Mosul
Associated Press

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Separate bombings near an army base and a police building killed
at least 28 people and wounded at least 56, Iraqi police said Wednesday.

A bomb in a parked car detonated Tuesday night near an Iraqi army base in Sharqat,
about 45 miles from the northern city of Mosul, police said. A suicide bomber
detonated his explosives as a crowd gathered at the scene. At least 21 people were
killed and 50 wounded, police said.

A suicide truck bomb slammed into a police headquarters building in Baghdad
Wednesday morning, destroying the building and killing seven policemen, police said.

Another six people, including a civilian, were wounded in the attack in the southern
Baghdad neighborhood of Dora, said police Capt. Jamil Hussein.

3. I'd prefer to think of it as his indictment.
Where is the power of justice that will bring this man to answer for his crimes?

Pity he really isn't religious. He'd be scared shitless.

If W is ever held accountable for his atrocities, you'll have to get his buds out of Congress.

4. Since they are brown skinned Muslims
and have oil in their country, W will determine their fate.

They could be black skinned people in Sudan, which W broke down and appointed an envoy.

It depends on your skin color and resources to W.

8. My bro-in-law in on the ground in Baghdad right now
He is a security officer for the Army, and twice in the past few weeks he has missed being at a police station bombing by only minutes. He was in Gulf War 1 in '91, and he said this is much, much, much worse. He said that all areas outside of total US control are pure chaos - he fears for his troops and the Iraqis, and he knows we will be there a LONG time.
