Former Homeland Sec official pleads no contest to sexual predator charges

This just in ..... Remember Brian Doyle, the Homeland Security official who was caught in a sting when he thought he was hooking up with a 14 year old girl on company time?

Brian J. Doyle, 55, reached an agreement with prosecutors and made the plea in court today in Bartow. The agreement calls for a maximum of five years in state prison and up to 10 years in a sexual offender program. In addition, he would be placed on the national sex offender registry and faces up to $80,000 in fees.
