Ahmadinejad: Iraq's security is Iran's security

Iranian President Ahmadinejad promised visiting Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki that Iran would help Baghdad maintain full security, Israel Radio reported Tuesday.

Following a meeting between the two leaders, Ahmadinejad said that Iraq's security was Iran's security, as well.

Maliki, who was visiting Teheran for the first time since taking office in May, declared that there was nothing blocking the way to cooperation between the two countries.

1. Interesting. Nouri Al Maliki is visiting Teheran.

I'm sure they are biting their nails down to the nubs right now, in Washington.

The amazing fact is, from George Bush's war in Iraq, IRAN has now become the big power in the region. Could they have anticipated this? Answer = never.

2. Iran cleverer than the US? - Starting to look like it, methinks . . .

The US has spent HUNDREDS of billions of dollars(close or over half a trillion I believe), lost thousands of it's trained military,

and REMOVED Iran's biggest local foe, Saddam Hussein.

While the USA has overspent and overextended it's military in the last 5 years, whaddya think the Iranians have been doing?

INCREASING military budgets, training and upgrading/purchasing equipment.

AND

Increasing it's ties with other countries, potential allies and so on . . .

While many other countries are further distancing themselves from the US - -

NOT a good scenario for the US to launch another unprovoked invasion

And just for GeeDubya's information

not "obeying" the Boy-King "commands" - is not "provoked" (as in asking Saddam to give up his country)

"PROVOKED" is when ya drop bombs on other countries that weren't at war with you, OR ANYONE for that matter.

If Iraq had had the capability to send nukes to the Continental US - they would have been justified to do so starting the day of the US's murderous "shock and awe" on Baghdad.

Of course, the PNACers knew they had squat, or the chicken-shits woulda never invaded . . .
