ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's potential Republican challengers are already battling over third-party ballot lines, and they have yet to get through the GOP primary.

State election officials said Tuesday that a key supporter of former Yonkers Mayor John Spencer had filed objections to petitions submitted by former Pentagon official Kathleen Troia "KT" McFarland to create a Jobs and Security Party line for the November election.

Another objection was filed by a voter against petitions that would make Spencer the candidate of the state's anti-abortion Right to Life Party.

"Mr. Spencer shouldn't be throwing stones while living in glass houses," said McFarland lawyer Josh Ehrlich.
